Beginner Freediving - Molchanovs Wave 1 Course
The Molchanovs Lap / Wave 1 Beginner Freediver course will take you through a fun and relaxed experience with a strong focus on making you a safe freediver.
This course includes:
2-hr freediving theory
1-hr equalization training
2 1-hr pool sessions
3 2-hr open water diving sessions
All required gear
This course is for anyone interested in learning to freedive, no prior experience is required.
$350 for 2 days or $500 for 4 days
